DAY 2: 20.10.2017. OTHERS / NEKI DRUGI

Pogled u zaboravljeno, smetnuto, nametnuto, možda zastrašujuće… naizgled drugačije.

A gaze into the forgotten, the thing that is constantly “slipping our minds”, the imposed, the frightening… The Different.

Blaha Lujza Square / Trg Blaha Luiza

Antonin Blanc, dokumentarni, 25’, Mađarska, 2016.
Antonin Blanc, documentary, 25’, Hungary, 2016

The play continues at the heart of Blaha Lujza Square, yet the National Theatre of Hungary no longer stands… There is an invisible barrier that separates the stone faces of the passers-by, the whispers of those who wait, and the music from the deep end of the square. At the crossroads of a heavy past and a bitter present, the masks cling and the pavement seems to disturb.
